We just completed a mortgage refinance with Tressa and I don’t recall this process ever being so smooth and easy! The documentation required in these processes is always a bit painful to gather, however we were provided helpful checklists to follow as well as continued updates through email and Docusign that empowered me to stay on top of the process. I loved always knowing exactly what was happening through the online portal. I also felt like she easily catered to my communication preferences, which are primarily email, with a text for any quick/immediate questions.
