We just completed a mortgage refinance with Tressa and I don’t recall this process ever being so smooth and easy! The documentation required in these processes is always a bit painful to gather, however we were provided helpful checklists to follow as well as continued updates through email and Docusign that empowered me to stay on top of the process. I loved always knowing exactly what was happening through the online portal. I also felt like she easily catered to my communication preferences, which are primarily email, with a text for any quick/immediate questions. I worked with Tressa last year on a mortgage, and this year on a refinance, and both experiences have been excellent. The process is long and often tedious, but Tressa and her team always put in the work to make sure it's as easy as possible on my end. My case is always complicated because I'm an entertainment professional with a lot of freelance work (not something the mortgage process if friendly with), but Tressa always problem solves and gets ahead of possible issues to make sure we have everything in order to get approved. I've recommended her personally to a few friends, and I'll continue to!
