Will I Qualify?
Qualifying for a loan is based on your total monthly debt as a percentage of your total gross income (DTI). During our initial call, we’ll ask about the following to assess your loan qualification and DTI:
- Current rent or mortgage amount (if applicable)
- Estimated budget for your monthly mortgage
- Estimated down payment
- Estimated credit score and
- Timeline for your purchase
The acceptable amount of your total debt-to-income ratio will depend on the type of loan you are seeking.
